ATM Support Officer

Applications are invited from qualified, dedicated and experienced personnel for this position reporting to the Manager ATM Support and based in Lautoka.

Job Summary

The position is responsible for monitoring of ATM network cash floats, attending to ATM Faults, cash replenishment and ensuring ATM uptime is maintained at all times. 

Key Responsibilities

  1. Daily monitoring of ATM cash levels and replenishing of ATMs, ensuring sufficient cash is maintained in ATMs at all times.
  2. Troubleshoot and maintain ATM uptime at all times; escalation to ATM Vendor/IT for any Network/Application related issues ensuring resolution in a timely manner.
  3. Ensure completion of ATM cash books and highlight any discrepancies to management.
  4. Assist in handling captured card queries, customer disputes (local and interchange), ATM and Visa Debit drop-off transactions and ensure that they are actioned within the TAT.
  5. Provide Technical support and carry out any maintenance work in a timely manner.
  6. Accurate processing of ATM cash replenishment, balancing, posting adjustment entries and updating related reconciliation.
  7. Assist in E-Channel Projects or Change Request when required.
  8. Ensure Standby Officer duties carried out are in line with policies and procedures.
  9. Maintain regular logs for ATM faults/Anti-skimming/cleanliness and ensure these issues are resolved or escalated to the appropriate team.

Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications

  • Diploma in Banking, IT or business discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Financial related industry.
  • Intermediate Skills in Industry and Card Scheme Knowledge.
  • A sound knowledge of the operations area of Electronic Banking, Schemes and SMS/IB functions.
  • Intermediate skills in Banking operating Systems.

 Attributes

  • Proven ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in effective written, oral and interpersonal communications.

In line with the Government’s Health and Safety at Work (General Workplace Conditions) Regulations, all applicants must demonstrate that they have received both doses of the COVID19 vaccine or provide the necessary exemption from the Ministry of Health. This will be an essential qualification for employment.
