Here is a list of BSP account holders who are yet to claim their refunds for erroneously charged Monthly Service Fees on their inactive accounts (i.e. accounts with no customer-initiated transactions for more than 12 months) between 1 January 2012 and 31 October 2018.
This is a final attempt by the Bank to contact these customers for their refund before closing this matter.
Customers can click the drop-down arrow button in the account or account name column and enter their own details as a search term to confirm if they are owed a refund.
To make a claim, please call 132888 (if calling within Fiji) or +679 321 4300 (if calling from overseas) or email on firstname.lastname@example.org or visit any BSP branch with a valid photo ID.
Claims must be made by 4 pm Monday 8 August 2022.
After this date, this matter will be closed and the balance of unclaimed fees will be submitted to the Reserve Bank of Fiji to be paid onwards to the Government of Fiji's consolidated funds.
