Customer Notice | Fraudulent Phone Callers

We advise that fraudulent phone callers claiming to be from BSP and using the caller ID 132 888 are currently targeting customers seeking personal information.
Our customers are reminded not to share their Password, PIN, OTP (One-Time Passcode), Bank Card number, VISA card expiry date and the three-digit security code on the back of your VISA card with any other person.
BSP will never call or email customers requesting for these details.
Customers who receive any unsolicited phone calls or emails from BSP should consider it as fraudulent and inform BSP about it immediately.
